Meet Walker
Long before Walker was ever introduced to a handplane or chisel, the passion for working with his hands was instilled in him at a very young age; for his tool belt and hammer were his favorite childhood toys. While working in the carpentry and construction field on and off throughout his upbringing, it was not until his early 20's that he was introduced to the finer side of craftsmanship and the world of design. In 2014, Walker pursued a formal woodworking education and officially started the path to fulfilling his dream of becoming a furniture artist.
Fast forward to present, Walker's mission statement for his work embodies clean form, refined simplicity and structural integrity for generations to last. His dreams are now his reality as he works hand-in-hand with his clients to create unique commission based work. While predominantly a woodworker, Walker loves to include alternative mediums in his designs such as metal, cement and glass, and welcomes the challenge of incorporating foreign skill-sets to his ever-growing tool chest.
